Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits

An established Building Services (M&E) contractor has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a project in Cambridge.
Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for projects up to £5 million but on average you will be looking after 2-3 projects at a time valued around £1 million
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Background in M&E services contracting.
- Multi sector project experience including industrial, commercial & residential.
- Educated to a high standard - Degree or HNC/D
- Full/clean driving licence
