Junior Quantity Surveyor

My client is a national main contractor who deliver design and build solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Due to the recent award of work by a large supermarket chain they have an excellent opportunity for a Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Salary will be circa £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.

My client is a national main contractor who deliver design and build solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Due to the recent award of work by a large supermarket chain they have an excellent opportunity for a Junior / Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

The role will be predominately site based in Petersfield, Hampshire although they may be a requirement to work from their Surrey office for 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be processing valuation and tender documents, inputting information onto their ‘COINS’ accountancy system and providing general assistance to the commercial team.

This Quantity Surveying position will be ideally suited for someone with limited experience looking to further develop their career.

Requirements:
- Some Quantity Surveying experience (circa 1 year)
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- IT Literate
- Knowledge of ‘COINS’ or similar accountancy software is highly desirable

Salary will be circa £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
