This well renowned manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Manufacturing / Production Leader to assist the already successful team in coping with an ever increasing demand of its products that is required by their blue chip clients

The role

1) Analysing and measuring existing production techniques
2) Report findings and propose and justify change
3) Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of change
4) Preparing drawings and reports defining existing and proposed production
5) Preparing project budgets for improvements and obtain financial approval
6) Prepare monthly reports on project status
7) Will drive forward continuous improvement within the company?s guidelines, identifying and leading cost saving projects, reporting achieved monthly savings

Candidate skills / qualifications

1) Strong experience as a Production Leader OR Manufacturing Leader OR Production Supervisor ESSENTIAL
