Set in a gorgeous location which offers the feeling of being remote yet relatively close to Inverness and an easy drive down to Scotland's major cities Edinburgh and Glasgow.

This 3 AA rosette level Restaurant has always held an excellent reputation for fine dining and our team continue that tradition whilst placing the emphasis on a more informal atmosphere to provide a relaxing experience for everyone.

There is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie from a rosette level or Michelin background

This is a great opportunity to work on small fine dining numbers focusing on quality rather than quantity maintaining and increasing current accolades.
You will work in all corners of the kitchen and be able to gain a good grounding in modern Scottish fine dining at 3 AA Rosette level.
Lunch: quiet lunches; Dinner: 26; Breakfast: 16

Stat 28 days plus extra days off in winter and closed Christmas
Accommodation available : part of package

SALARY £25,000 plus tips
