Any property investor is offered in depth guidance tailored to suit their individual investment needs.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed Marketing Manager to start immediately.

The successful candidate would be working in a small, hard working team who all get involved in a range of activities.

The role would be working closely with the CEO and the core team to develop more innovative and effective marketing solutions.


The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and experience to be suitable for the role :

Demonstrable experience in marketing preferably in a startup environment
Creative, not afraid to share ideas, enjoy collaborating and building on other ideas
Commercial acumen : know the importance of value of work
Strong understanding of and interest in digital technology and the importance of this in marketing including digital campaign asset creation
Ability to develop good understanding of customer base and how best to communicate with customers
Identify, analyse and effective use marketing channels
Develop website and content
Experience of Photoshop/InDesign would be advantageous
Analysing and reporting skills
