The Role:

The successful Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer will be able to choose to work either full or part time.

They will have 3 years' experience of residential and commercial work and a desire to help the growth of the property department.

The successful Commercial and Residential Property lawyer will have the ability to run a caseload unsupervised, be an enthusiastic team player with great communication skills and well organised, together with having good IT skills.

You will also have the ability to bill strongly and help develop and grow the commercial property and property investor work.
The role is suitable for a solicitor or legal executive, but qualifications are not the most important thing.

Experience, an eye for detail, ambition and genuine knowledge and ability is what counts.
Our client loves to focus on niches, where they can develop genuinely specialist areas of law to become experts on a regional and national scale.
