Business Development Manager (Security)

Our client is currently recruiting a Business Developer working for a leading provider of a full suite of industry leading Security services for residential, commercial and retail customers.



As a start up in the UK this organization has huge growth plans for the future.

This company is extremely successful in countries outside of the UK already and therefore has a proven model and offering in the security sector that they recognise as being a huge opportunity in the UK.

Experience Required :

A minimum of 3 years experience is required in a Business development role.

The successful candidate must have a proven and demonstrated track record in business development.

Experience in the property, real estate or facilities management industry is essential with security sales experience preferable but other soft services such as cleaning also considered.



Key Responsibilities :

? Achieving agreed sales targets by actively challenging opportunities and leads.
? Actively promote the company's security solutions to potential Customers
? Generate leads and create a database of prospective clients and contacts
? To prepare quotes and literature for clients
? Arrange meetings and sales pitches with prospective clients
? Preparation of sales reports and forecasting on a monthly basis
? Identify and target potential Customers
