Recruitment Consultant

Job purpose

They are on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Working closely with their Senior Management Team the role will include:



? Recruiting learners onto their Traineeship and Apprenticeship programmes against set targets
? Proactively generating new apprenticeship vacancies for their talent pool
? Cold calling prospective employers as well as following up 'warm leads' against set targets
? Maintaining and developing relationships with local young people referral agencies like JCP and Careers, schools/colleges, community groups, partner provider and other youth organisations within the designated area
? Communicating professionally with employers up to Director level and candidates
? Identifying appropriate candidates for their roles
? Pre-interview screening, including one-to-one and group interviews
? Short listing applications against a set criteria
? Keeping internal databases and administrative systems up to date (e.g.

CRM system)
? Ensuring vacancies are marketed across identified channels
? Following up with candidates post interview



Criteria : Essential



? Experience of working in a recruitment environment, possibly within the apprenticeship sector
? Experience of working in a fast paced environment
? Experience of working with targets and deadlines
? Excellent communication skills
? Excellent written and verbal English
? Confident with IT systems
? Punctual, with a good attitude
? Flexible approach to work



Salary: £20 - 22000
