The Role:
The successful Capability Lead : Electronics will be reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will take a senior role in the engineering department leading a team of Electronics and Electrical Engineers.

The successful candidate taking this position will play a key role in developing the business and its approach to delivery.

You will need to pull a diverse team of engineers together and provide vision and direction for their activity, while streamlining their approach to delivery of product.

You will be directly involved with project and product delivery while undertaking the capability lead role.

This role provides the ideal opportunity for an engineer looking for additional responsibility leading and managing a team while retaining an input to the delivery of projects and products.
