Salary - Subject to experience

Our Client:
A very busy luxurious 4-star hotel that provides a great venue for weddings, conferences and events in Kidderminster.

The Role:

We require an experienced, enthusiastic and exceptional candidate to join our Reception Team and help maintain the highest standards when dealing with our guests and deliver excellent personalised customer service.


The main duties of the role will include: checking guest in and out, balancing and banking, operating the switchboard, taking room reservation, dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints and liaising with all departments on a daily basis.


The ideal candidate must have keen eye for detail, precision data entry and constantly seek to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Required experience:

1-2 years' experience as a Receptionist within the hospitality industry.

Required education:
Secondary education

Job Type:
Part-Time

Shift Pattern:
Early: 7am - 3pm
Late: 3pm - 11pm
