Are you a chef who is looking to work and prepare fresh food?

Would you like to earn up to £19K as a Chef de Partie?

Our client is looking to appoint a Chef de Partie as soon as possible to be part of their team of 5 in Edinburgh.

Our client serves AA2 Rosette Classic French style cuisine and is an award-winning outfit.

Our client covers Lunch to 45 and Dinners also to 45 in a 5-day rota including weekends; with 7 mixed shifts.

The Role

This is the chance to work closely : and be inspired by : your head chef.

You can learn so much in this role and be inspired to achieve great heights in culinary excellence and have fun working in the team of 5.

The candidate will need to demonstrate or have experience in the following areas:

Previous experience of working in a similar environment
Ability to run a section on their own and or with other team members (must be a team player)
Ability to follow instructions from the senior chef team
Ability to prepare, cook and present dishes

Skills required for the role:

Great Pastry skills
Ideally some form of catering / professional qualification : although candidates who are qualified by experience (QBE) will certainly be considered for the role.
Certificate in Health and Hygiene
Strong communication and literacy skills.
