ICT Support Manager - Service Desk Manager - AD - Server - ITIL

ICT Support Manager - Service Desk Manager - ITIL - Windows Server - Network - Active Directory - Close to Poole on the Dorset/Hampshire border - up to £28,000 + Benefits.



Our client who specialises in providing IT Support is currently seeking a ICT Support Manager to join their expanding team and be based close to Poole on the Dorset/Hampshire border.



Responsibilities:




  • ICT Support Manager will be tasked to assist the Service Desk with the delivery of ICT managed support services


  • Tasked to resolve service calls as directed by the Service Desk


  • To manage change-request and change-management processes with the customers


  • Task manage a small team; approximately 30% direct management and 70% pursuing technical solutions for the clients


  • Service Desk Manager will manage the support request queue


Required Skills:




  • Server and network technical support


  • ITIL


  • Active Directory


  • Line management experience (role holder will have a small team reporting to them)


  • Change Management processes


  • Image building and deployment
