The Company:

Our clients are one of the longest family run businesses in the UK.

They specialists in wholesale supply of medical, healthcare and mobility products and equipment.

Their clients include National Health Service, other social services, private nursing homes as well as trade customers.
Their core business includes supply of rehabilitation and acute care equipment, medical and nursing care consumables.

They also provide a number of services including equipment recycling and decontamination, planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, pressure mapping, equipment rentals and seating assessments.

The Role:

We are looking for someone with a true passion for delivering exceptional customer experience while having the highest commercial acumen to deliver business growth.

The role requires an hands-on and flexible approach as all the departments work quite closely to deliver results.

The principle objective of the Commercial Manager is to maximise the profitability of the business through effective management of all operations areas to highest standards.

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will work to secure future profitable sales for the business which will include government contract tendering.

Main responsibilities:

Build To proactively seek opportunities to develop the business
To control costs via spend monitoring and income capture and to maximise profits on sales
To manage all sales, aftersales &, admin staff both field and office based
To produce challenging but achievable sales forecasts and budgets for ALL sales staff
