Secretary / Office Administrator

Our client, Finer Packaging, is one of the UK's leading suppliers of Jewellery and Gift Packaging.

They are currently recruiting a Secretary / Office Administrator in their office based in Wembley.

You will have the following skills:

? Excellent customer service experience and telephone manner
? Computer literate, with good working computer knowledge.
? The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage a busy workload with competing priorities in a calm and professional manner
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to use initiative and good judgement, as well as enthusiastic approach to problem solving and good common sense
? Ability to work independently without supervision but also excellent team player
? Excellent organisation skills with good memory for details
? Previous office work experience and working with customers is essential

Your responsibilities will be:

? Administrative support :answering the calls, general office work, creating delivery notes : despatch notes & invoicing & credit notes
? Contributing to the smooth running of the office
? Preparing marketing database
? Start of the day duties
? Everything related to the smooth running of the office space

The position is full time, Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30 pm, Friday 9am : 1pm

Salary : £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
