International Trade Administrator - Woking, Surrey

£16,000 pa plus bonus

The Company

Our client is an international chemical trading company established in 1992 and they specialise in supplying chemicals from the CIS countries to India, the Middle East, South East Asia and the Far East.

They have offices in Woking, Moscow, Shanghai, Delhi, and Cairo & are a successful and dynamic multi-national company with a projected turnover for 2017 of US$200m

The Role:

The successful International Chemical Trade Administrator will be responsible for the processing of export trade documentation and will be a great communicator, have very good attention to detail and be flexible, reliable & professional.

You will work with both customers and colleagues world-wide.
You will be a graduate with a degree : preferably in the Sciences or similar discipline : from a UK University.

You will need to live within 30 minutes of Woking and have exceptional attention to detail, excellent computer skills, very good written and verbal communication skills and willing to work in a small team.

You will have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The successful Graduate Trainee - International Trade will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager & work 0830 : 1700 (flexible) with an hour for lunch at the client's offices in Woking.

Full training will be given on all aspects of the role.
The starting annual salary is £16,000 pa with a bonus scheme worth approximately 10% of the annual salary, but the successful candidate will be able to see their basic greatly increased as they develop within the role over the first few years.

There is 25 days holiday a year, free on-site parking and private medical care and life insurance after the 6 month probationary period.
