SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Performance CRM Executive for a leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar.

The Performance CRM Executive is one of the team of dual brand executive roles within the Performance CRM team.

The role is responsible for the development and successful execution of on going optimisation from the CRM team.

The Performance CRM executive will play a pivotal; role, in shifts, within a newly formed team who are concerned with real time trading, social and CRM marketing.

The Performance CRM Executive Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of all CRM activity for the business (email, direct mail, SMS marketing, telemarketing, live chat and other activity streams as required).

  • Working closely with other teams such as Brand and Promotional teams regarding the calendar of events.

  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines and that all material is are fully compliant with relevant legislation.

  • Play a leading role in delivering live marketing efforts within the newly performed team..

  • Drive forward the performance of all marketing campaigns in terms of ,Open rate, Click rate, Take up rate and ROI.

  • Create, Map and test new customer journeys for every stage of the customer lifecycle in order to maximise the customer retention and activation.

Performance CRM Executive Requirements:

  • Experience of working in marketing and or CRM teams, in either an agency capacity or client side, ideally in the on line betting industry.

  • Good knowledge of Email and overall campaign Best Practice.

  • Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques including Segmentation, Campaign planning, Implementation and Evaluation.

  • Strong IT Skills including experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.

  • Very organised with a strong work ethic.

  • Gaming and or Sportsbook experience would be advantageous..

  • Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous.
