Frontline Support Engineer - Great Yarmouth (Norfolk)

Salary: £17-22k (junior) / £20-25k (senior)

The company: our customer is one of the UK's leading companies specialising in the creation, management and publication of design and building data.
They provide a range of complementary professional services based upon architecture, construction, design, drafting, visualisation, surveying and software.

The Role: to provide Frontline Customer Support capability to the Information Systems

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
? Providing initial response and support to all customers (internal and external), solving problems or directing enquiries and/or consultancy issues to designated personnel
? Be the technical buffer between the customer and the software development team
? Fielding problems with existing and evolving StoreSpace®, StoreView® and SpaceStation® customers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

The post holder will be expected to possess the following:
? Analytical, rational approach to problem solving and troubleshooting
? Good attention to detail
? Experience of AutoCAD or similar CAD package highly desirable
? Ability to prioritise complex tasks according to urgency, severity and service level
? Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service
? A team player with a good work ethic and a positive professional approach
