Resourcer / Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Resourcer / Account Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Branch Manager
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Regional Operations Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The purpose of the role is to support recruitment consultant's with certain tasks.
This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

Servicing existing client with site coverage in line with requirements, building relations with candidate base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Candidate search using company database, 3rd party databases and website media to manage candidates through the recruitment process
? Sourcing / Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies (temp, temp to perm / perm roles we have)
? Arranging of interviews for candidates in line with consultants diary
? To conduct candidate telephone interviews against client requirements
? Extensive telephone liaison with candidates and clients
? Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
? Obtain candidate availability, matching in line with requirements and placing candidates within services.
? To manage own time and tasks to meet given targets
? To comply with Company quality processes and procedures
? To work as a co-operative member of the team and to assist others
? Improving your own and the teams market knowledge
? Improving your own sales and candidate management skills
? Working with management to identify own development needs and request relevant training

? Build and maintain relationships with relevant health and social care professionals
