THE ROLE

You will be required to maintain Service Level Agreements criteria for key VMA customers and demonstrate that as a key strategic business partner we add value to our customer's organisation by supporting their business objectives.
You will be the primary point of contact for all key customer accounts, ensuring that effective communication channels are maintained, business development plans written & implemented, and strategies aligned.
The role requires a dynamic, driven and self-motivated individual who has a proven track record of using their analytical and commercial knowledge to generate new business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will demonstrate strong and engaging presentation style.
A key part of the role includes regular management reporting, sales analysis and staff development and coaching to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in the tyre industry or franchise car dealer market would be advantageous but not essential.
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to targets and deadlines both individually and within a team.


Clean UK Driving Licence
Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
