Sous Chef

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Sous Chef needed at this quaint, traditional Norfolk Inn.
The property consists of 12+ Bedroomsas well as a restaurant and bar.Sat within tranquil scenery, the Inn provides the perfect place for all to enjoy beautifully prepared dishes of the highest standards only.
The talented kitchen brigade create dishes using fresh ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible and work together as a great team to come up with exciting and delicious menus.

The property is known locally, and is a favourite with both locals and tourists.
The duties included within this Sous Chef role will be:

? To work with the Head Chef to provide support and guidance to the junior members of staff
? Run the kitchen in Head Chefs absence
? Help maintain the Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen

The experience needed for this Sous Chef position are:

? You must have previous experience in a similar property, working with fresh ingredients
? Hold atleast an NVQ Level2 or equivelent in Professional Cookery
? Good managment skills
? Must be passionate about your chosen career
