The duties of this Chef de Partie position are:
? Maintain a high level of Health and Hygiene standards
? Carry out tasks set by senior members of staff
? Ensurethe high quality set within the property iskept
As Chef De Partie you must:
? Hold at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
? Have a good understanding or Health and Hygiene standards
? Be able to understand and carry out tasks with ease
? Experience working within a similar property would be an advantage
