Location North West to client sites, reporting to the Rochdale office.

Salary £35,000 basic, 45k-realsitic OTE.

Job Description
Experience of field-based B2B Sales (Mobile Telecommunications)
Experience of lead generation; the successful candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads.

Experience of building relationships with stakeholders

Essential Skills Criteria
Full UK Driving Licence Required.
Demonstrates excellent experience and knowledge of working in B2B Sales
Have a proven sales ability within a field based environment;
Ability to understand and have a detailed knowledge of the business market within Telecoms
Clear and effective communicator, ensuring messages are shared with teams, and you demonstrate excellent active listening skills;
Extemporary organisational and time keeping skills;
Evidence of dealing with difficult conversations both formal and informal and have managed instances of disciplinary, grievance and Essential Skills Criteria

Extra pointers:
Candidates will be required to do a presentation around lead generation.
They will be travelling around the North West to client sites.

Reporting to the Rochdale office.

Team setup:
Reporting to the regional manager.

2 account managers in the office, 1 other field based BD

As Business Development Manager you will thrive in winning new business as well as maintaining and developing your current relationships to seek further opportunities.

The ability to generate your own leads through networking and relationship building within target community areas is essential, as is the confidence to develop a strong presence and influence within local areas.
You are required to deliver an effective account handover process through the delivery of excellent customer service and strong
