Chef de Partie

This multi rosette awarded restaurant serving creative and imaginative cuisine is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie.

You will be reporting to an exceptional Head Chef giving you the opportunity to be part of a brigade achieving the highest of standards.

Assisting the Senior Chefs, you will be working within all sections of the kitchen, particularly larder and sauce.

It is therefore essential that you are a flexible and committed individual who can also be relied upon by your colleagues.

The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce and must have a minimum 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level.

They should also posses NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a hygiene certificate essential.
