Senior Programme Manager - London

Salary: £49,907 per annum

The Company
Our client promotes standards and quality across mental health services.

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive person to lead the department into its next phase, as it looks to promote excellent patient care in an increasingly dynamic fashion.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Support the programme managers (currently three in total) to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Provide training, support, supervision, appraisals and coaching to the programme managers.


Work with the programme managers, project teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the methods used for collecting, analysing and reporting data are effective.


Ensure that Cluster 2 publications, reports, webpages and other communication outputs are engaging, relevant and of a high standard.
Ensure effective patient and carer involvement across the programme of work.
Ensure that the mental health services taking part in the programmes are provided with guidance, training and networking opportunities to learn about Quality Improvement (QI) methods.


Design and deliver presentations, workshops, training sessions and national events.


Attend and lead site visits to mental health services to assess the quality of care being provided.

Requirements
Strong management experience within a health quality organisation, public sector services, or similar.


Experience of working with health or social care services.
Experience of conducting clinical audit/quality improvement.
Well organised with ability to prioritise own workload.
Budget management experience.
Excellent organisation, management, leadership and people management skills.
