Healthcare Assistants

Pin Point Recruitment in Aberdeen are a team of individuals ranging from managers to nurses, with over 25 years' experience in recruitment and care.

We are looking for experienced support workers to join our team and provide our clients with the quality of life they deserve.
We are located on Regent Quay in Aberdeen and provide care in various areas around the city and Aberdeenshire.

In this role you will:
Provide personalised and flexible support based on the assessed needs of each person
Encourage independence and empower your clients to reach their goals
Provide companionship, friendly service and a professional can-do approach.

The Person:
If you are an empathetic, reliable person who wants to make a difference we want to hear from you.
We depend on good quality staff and require applicants to have the following:

6 months experience working with vulnerable adults in the last two years
Provide satisfactory references
Be flexible, work weekends
Be members of the PVG Scheme
You must be already be registered or willing to register with the SSSC.
An SVQ2 would be beneficial.

The Package:
We can offer full time, part time and flexi time hours.

It is a zero hour contract but we are never short of work.

£9.00 - £16.00 hourly rate
Enhanced pay for weekends, unsociable hours and back holidays

Mandatory paid annual refreshers
Structured support, spot checks and supervisions are provided
You will have a Coordinator or Consultant dedicated to your schedule
