Salary: £30K basic OTE £45K- £50K

The company

Our client provide a complete beverage solution to leading national brands, offering a wide range of coffee supplies and ingredients for vending and coffee machines.



The Role

They are looking for a high performing Business Development Manager to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by attaining new business in B&I, the HoReCa marketplace and public sector.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Create new business opportunities across your territory
? Achieve (and ideally exceed) pre-assigned revenue and margin targets for financial year
? Measure and achieve pre-set KPMs
? Identify and exploit new business opportunities

Key Skills & Requirements
? Successful previous experience as a Business Development Manager within the B&I and public sector
? Demonstrable ability to achieve/exceed new business targets
? Strong communication skills in order to present, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
? Strong business acumen
? Based in the Midlands but have flexibility to travel to head/regional offices as required (Bradford and Barnsley : twice per month approx.)
? Coffee machines/vending experience is of interest : but so are candidates from other sectors with similar sales models (capital equipment provision with service/supply contracts : managed print applicants particularly welcome).
