Chef de Partie
Our Client in East Anglia is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their expanding team.
You must have at least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie, at 2AA rosette level.
This kitchen offers its guests a broad spectrum of dining opportunities from Grab and Go sandwiches made fresh to order to an interactive dining experience serving an eight course tasting menu.
Great communication skills are required along with the ability to directly communicate with guests.
Starting salary is £21,000 rising to £22,000 after 6 months' probation period.
The core hours are currently Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm or 9am to 5pm.
There will also be the occasional evening and weekend as the business requires.
