My client is seeking a Golf Events and membership Administrator to ensure that members and visitors receive an exceptional experience and in line with my clients expectations.

They will also manage the membership administrations.

You will provide full administrative support to the Sales Manager, including:
Producing and distributing event sheets
Deposit payments and billing
Updating event details, food menus, tea times, numbers, costing and any other relevant golf items
Daily checks to ensure all departments are aware of the details for the next event
Manage the visitor information on the club database
Liaise with clients to establish their requirements
Attend weekly operations meeting to ass the sales manager I n providing relevant information to other departments

In order for you to be considered for this position you must have knowledge of the golfing industry, exceptional customer service and be available you work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
