Financial Administrator

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The purpose of the role is to support the Accounts Department in the day to day provision of a high quality service

You need to be able to communicate with a wide variety of people, including our workers, customers, internal and external contacts



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

? Work as part of the team to ensure that relationships are maintained with our workers and our clients, and that accurate records are kept.
? Assist in the processing of payroll
? Ensuring time sheets are collated within the set deadlines for healthcare and home care
? Chase aged debt owing to the company
? Ensure all the relevant information of a new client is added to internal systems
? Ensure internal systems is up to date with changes in any packages, of care
? Ensure referral checklists are complete with all correct data
? Check emails dealing with queries from internal and external people in a professional manner
? Liaise with funding authorities regarding financial matters
? Working with accounts team regarding finance issues
? Complete, maintain & amend online vendor portals.
? Complete invoices and pro forma's to councils

EXPERIENCE

? Experience in a business or finance environment;
? Mathematical skills
? Honesty; integrity; reliability;
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
