The Role

Are you great at rental valuations and negotiations, and familiar with the complex and compliance-heavy lettings environment? Then this exciting role could be the ideal next step for you!

Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator to work in their Rainham office five days a week including Saturdays, with one day off in the week in lieu.



Lettings presents exciting challenges, so the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants.



Knowledge of the Reapit software system would be an advantage, as would the achievement of gaining the Technical Award in Residential Letting.

Essential Requirements
? Min 2 years' experience in similar role
? Gained the Technical Award in Residential Letting
? Experience with rental valuations and negotiations
? Be familiar with the complex and compliance-heavy lettings environment
? Knowledge of the Reapit software system is an advantage
? Motivated and driven
