The Role
A position has become available for a General Sales Manager at King's Lynn to manage all vehicle sales processes within the dealership and achieve vehicle sales, finance sales, accessory sales volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the sales team and ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing people and demonstrates a belief in the value that staff are an asset to current and future business success.

He or she will have the skills to draw the best performance from their staff, in a manner that builds relationships and team spirit, as well as have an understanding of the relevant consumer and local market influences.
