The Company
Our client is a commercial property boutique specialising in the sale of freehold land and buildings for investment and development throughout South East London.

The Role
To increase and develop the company's existing market share focussing on the sale of freeholds, investments and major projects
To analyse, research and explore new markets and develop and implement new ICT processes, systems and portals
To undertake a comprehensive review of all current and existing practices, processes, procedures with a view to streamlining and improving business efficiency
To pro-actively seek out new avenues for the business to explore and engage in
To pro-actively seek out new instructions at a level appropriate to the aims and objectives of the business
To tie up all sales and completions expeditiously, efficiently and profitably
To ensure that in the course of all business activities the long-established names and reputation of Steeple Homes Limited and John Payne (Commercial) Limited are upheld and enhanced
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation, running of a busy office including the direction of a team of 2 staff
To ensure all appropriate action is undertaken, including the production and analysis of reports, for the effective financial management of the business

Essential Requirements
2 years Previous experience working as a Commercial Negotiator
Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
