SEN Recruitment Consultant

Due to expansion and continual growth Pin Point Recruitment are currently looking for an SEN Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Team Valley, Gateshead to help develop the North East business.

We are looking for someone with experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and ideally with a knowledge of the Education or SEN sector.

You will be self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential, alongside the drive to succeed within a fast-paced sales environment.

Your Duties:

? Use sales and business development to network and build clients across a designated area
? Account Management; maintaining/building relationships with clients
? Develop a good understanding of clients, the industry and how they operate
? Advertising vacancies and attracting high quality candidates
? Management of internal systems
? Coordination of staffing rotas and requirements
? Recruitment of candidates including interviews and compliance
? Conducting candidate interviews

About You:

? Experience within a similar role
? Proven ability to exceed targets
? Time management and organisational skills
? Communication Skills
? Motivated and enthusiastic to work in recruitment
? Experience in sales/business development
? Full UK Driving License
