My client is based in the heart of Basingstoke and require a passionate C&B Manager.

This hotel has around 45 bedrooms and also has the honour of holding rosettes in their upmarket restaurant.

The property is surrounded by stunning woodlands, and a number of beautiful set and positioned function rooms.

This hotel requires the services and of experience and competent C&B Manager.

This particular hotel boasts impressive C&B facilities that can cater for large groups and these events are hold daily that will include weddings, training workshops, exhibitions, balls and private dinners.

The primary focus for this diligent C&B Manager will be to ensure that all conferences and events are run to a high standard whilst aiming to increase staff development and profitability.

As the C&B Manager your key duties will include be, but not restricted to
? Plan and execute the successful running of all events
? Complete a weekly plan of action
? To work closely with the banqueting porters to ensure that all functions are prepared and ready for the appropriate time and that guest's needs are anticipated and action is taken.

? To ensure that the department is running smoothly, to be prepared and able to assist in any area of the department that requires support.

? To have a thorough knowledge of services and facilities available in the department and be able to make suggestions to guests
? To plan staffing levels cost effectively and work within set budgets.

? To recruit a high standard of staff whilst liaising with the GM and Operations Manager.
