Pastry Commis Chef

This award winning Hertfordshire Hotel set within stunning countryside is looking for a Pastry Commis Chef to join the kitchen team.
The hotels busy Pastry Kitchen are seeking a Commis Chef to support them in producing indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, proper puds and other sweet creations for the hotel.

From large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts forrestaurant and afternoon tea pastries both classic and contemporary, this vacancy represents a great opportunity to develop your career in the specialisation of pastry.
As a Pastry Commis Chef helping to prepare and present this diverse cuisine, it is desirable that you will have the relevant qualifications like NVQ, or the willingness to study for them.

Previous experience would be ideal : an obvious enthusiasm for the industry is essential.

We're looking for a positive, flexible, focused attitude.
