A Chef de Partie is required at this charming Suffolk Inn.
The inn retains the character and rustic charm of its heritage and has 30+ stylish bedrooms.

They have a sophisticated 2AA rosette menu that sees people from all over come to try.
All of their meals,from their own fish and chips through to the finest of their à la carte dishes, are prepared on the premises, using the finest, freshest ingredients and local suppliers wherever possible.
The Head Chef and his talented team are very proud of their imaginative and varied menus.
Roles of this Chef de Partie position include.....
? Preparation and production of high quality foods at all times.
? Working within agreed budgets and regulations.
? Work closely with the food and beverage team to enhance product knowledge and increase the customer experience.
? Ensure the highest level of food hygiene in the kitchen areas.
? Any other such duties that may be required from time to time by the head chef or his/her nominee.
Experience - Preferred NVQ 1&2 or equivalent as well as 1-2 years experience at a Chef de Partie level within a rosette establishment and knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
