MARKETING MANAGER - BENELUX & NORDICS - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

£70,000 - £85,000 - EXCELLENT CORPORATE BENEFITS

Global organisation seeks to appoints a Marketing Manager for the Benelux and Nordics region with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing - to help secure additional sales to existing accounts as well as developing a targeted customer base within key market verticals whilst working closely with the Sales teams and other internal functions.

Although working and heavily connected with the international teams (this is within a multi-billion dollar global organisation) this is the single point of Marketing contact with the Benelux/Nordics region so is a key appointment..

Responsibilities / Requirements:
? Mother language capability in Dutch and fluency in business English are a must.
? To collaborate cross functionally with global marketing, marketing operations, and sales teams to develop highly successful campaigns in line with business objectives.
? To Translate marketing strategies and opportunities into marketing programmes, using direct communication via direct mail or email, events, PR, social media, digital marketing etc.
? To execute on-time, accurately, and successfully all plans, designs, and executes marketing programmes to drive customer interest and demand.
? To monitor campaign impact, effectiveness, and market penetration rates to formulate recommendations to continually improve results.

To be considered you MUST have:
? Marketing & sales experience in software or hi-technology industries, preferably in B2B marketing.
? Experience working with sales teams and supporting programmes to drive awareness and sales; actual sales experience is desirable
? Be a user of marketing and sales force automation tools (e.g.

Marketo, Salesforce.com, etc.)
? Experience of Account Based Marketing and strategies.
? Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
? Ability to work independently and take the initiative
