Customer Analytics Consultant - Speech Analyst -Contact Centre

Customer Analytics Consultant - Pre-Sales Consultant - CA Consultant - Customer Contact Centre Analytics Consultant - Speech Analyst - Speech Analytics - Analysis - Delivery - Implementation - BI - Business Intelligence - Contact Centre - Business Improvement - Salary between £45k- £60K + Bonus + Car Allowance + Bens - HOME BASED ROLE with EMEA travel.

The Customer Analytics Consultant is responsible for deploying Customer Analytics solutions within the EMEA region

The Consultant will lead customer workshops for the design and deployment of the solution, through dedicated training classes and onsite/remote consultancy and analysis.

Outside of the software, the Customer Analytics Consultant will be able to demonstrate and articulate the importance of aligned people and processes, in order to extract the maximum value and ROI from the solution.

Key to the role is the support given to sales and presales within the region, ensuring that the right solutions and approaches are positioned with the right customers - finding gaps and opportunities wherever possible.

The Consultant will be able to:

  • Design the solutions in the correct way

  • Deploy the software successfully and within the budget of the project

  • Maximise the value achieved by the customer

  • Ensure Sales and Partners are supported in the region

  • Drive and build Analytics pipeline

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business issues related to Analytics in the contact centre space

  • Drive and optimise the delivery of Analytics and associated consulting methodology - developing and documenting best practices and creating success stories along the way

I am looking for an experienced Customer Analytics Consultant - Customer Contract Centre Analytics Consultant - Speech Analyst - with the following experience;

  • Experience of working in a contact centre operational experience either as a contact centre analyst /manager / director, quality manager or to have been part of a business consultancy team within a contact centre solution provider

  • Experience in statistical analysis or Business Intelligence solutions is an advantage

  • Be able to present well to people/teams at all levels in an organization

  • Be able to articulate a business value proposition at director level

  • Passionate self-starter with a high degree of integrity

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels

  • A high appreciation of the use of technology within the contact centre environment and the deployment of such technology in an operational environment

  • Experience of acting in a consultative role or in a consulting role, including the use of a structure consulting methodology

My client is a leading organisation within their field and is looking for an experienced Speech Analyst - Customer Analytics Consultant to be HOME BASED but this role will involve EMEA travel so must be prepared to stay away from home.

My client is looking to pay a salary of up to £60K + Car Allowance + Bonus + good benefits.
