The Role

Are you an experienced Pastry Chef with experience within fine dining restaurants and Rosette kitchens (min 2 years)?
This role offers the right candidate great company benefits fantastic progression opportunities.

Experience Required

? Experienced as Pastry Chef in Rosette Kitchens (at least 2 years)
? The drive and ambition to succeed to deliver three rosettes for their fine dining offering


? NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent
? The 14-19 Hospitality & Catering diploma
? City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery
? BTEC HND in professional cookery
? A foundation degree in culinary arts
? Any health and safety and food hygiene courses
