1st Line Support Engineer - Windows Server, SCCM, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange - Bristol -£145 - £150 per Day.

Are you an experienced 1st Line / First Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk individual with knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, AD, Exchange, LAN / WAN and are looking to work within a dynamic, fast, buzzy environment then this could be the ideal role for YOU!

Key skills: Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, SCCM, Managing PC Setup and Deployment, General Networking - Routing - LAN/WAN, Microsoft Office & Endpoint anti-virus protection.

Manage, categorise, and prioritise all tickets from the monitoring systems.

Troubleshooting and resolving problems associated with software and hardware for both local and remote questions
