Due to continued growth and expansion a vacancy exists for a Probate Legal Secretary in their Cardiff Office.

The Role:
Secretarial duties include but not limited to:
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Typing of all correspondence
Copying and filing of documents
Diary management
Collecting information and production of legal documents
Completion of legal forms as instructed
Recording of time for Fee Earners and preparing bills
Operate firms case management systems
Update and maintain Wills and Deeds database.
Contact clients in person and on phone.
Answer and refer enquiries

Your Responsibilities:
The position offers the candidate the opportunity to take simple instructions on Wills, Power of Attorney and Deputyship, draft simple Wills and to conduct ?grant only? probate matters.
Be clear and confident in all communications with clients.
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
Dealing with clients and colleagues professionally and efficiently.

Candidates with a minimum of 1 years experience in the Wills and Probate environment.
You need the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
Confident and Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
A professional, friendly and effective telephone manner, with strong client care skills and the ability to deal empathetically with clients.
Good organisational and administrative skills with a proactive approach and consistent attention to detail to ensure efficiency and confidentiality.
