Are you a Service Architect - Capacity Manager - Transition Manager looking to work for a leading IT company? This Service Architect opportunity is based in the Wiltshire office and due to the nature of the role, the candidates must be able to pass SC Clearance.

For this Service Architect opportunity, you will be responsible for the design and development of the service management and delivery solution to support the delivery of new and changed services along with ensuring that the Service Catalogue is maintained where services are amended.

For this role, you will have ownership for Capacity Management Process, Ensure policies are in place for the Capacity Management process, Ensure the Capacity Management process is documented and reviewed, Ensure Capacity Plans are produced and reviewed.

This role sits within the Distributed Services (DS) organisation that primarily provides mission-critical 24/7 1st and 2nd line support services to a broad range of the Emergency Services customer base.

This is delivered via onsite, field-based and centrally supplied services.

Key skills will be to define service solutions, designs and costs.

Bid and Sales Support for service proposals.

Identifying improvements to service efficiency.

Managing service development and service improvement initiatives as required.

Supporting CRMS and Service Managers as required.

Capacity Management Process Ownership

Desirable skills would be ITIL Version 3, Experience of working in an IT Service environment based on ITIL Best Practice.

Experience in modelling techniques and tools - process, applications, data and technology.

Very Experienced in an IT Service/Operational support environment.

Experience of working with and to ISO standards: ISO20000, ISO9000.

The salary for this Service Architect - Capacity Manager - Transition Manager opportunity is £55,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits.
