The Role

They are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with (5-8 PQE) to join their expanding Corporate Department in London.

The successful candidates will have knowledge across a broad range of corporate matters, ideally in the following areas, although it is not essential to have covered them all:

? Corporate incorporation and share structuring
? Private equity investment
? Private equity m&a
? Capital markets work
? Commercial contracting
? Banking

Essential Requirements
? Qualified corporate solicitor
? 5-8 PQE
? Experience Private Equity
? Experience with Capital markets and commercial contracting
