The Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and daily operations of your branch including business expansion, staff and client relationship management.

? Staff Recruitment, Management and Development.
? Build relationships within the target market.
? Networking and Sales including Telephone Calls, Visits, Social Media.
? Implementation and managements of strategies.
? Ensuring smooth operation of the branch.
? Motivation of team to achieve targets.
? Set targets for team members.

Requirements:

? Previous Management experience in the Industrial recruitment
? Ability to network and build strong relationships with clients and staff.
? Outgoing, motivated and driven to succeed.
? Experience of successfully managing and developing a team.
? Able to provide solutions to problems and challenges.
? Resilient and able to work under pressure.
? Professional attitude.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Excellent organisational skills.

Person Specification:

The following attainments and personal attributes are considered essential;

? Self-motivated, responsible and able to act on your initiative
? Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
? Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
