Business Manager / Sales Controller Dealership - Grimsby

Salary: £20k Basic, £45k OTE (depending on experience)

Hours: Full Time

Our client, a well-respected Dealership in the local area with an excellent brand, are recruiting a Business Manager / Sales Controller for their Dealership in Grimsby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have the right finance solutions, extended warranties and insurance products to meet their individual needs, in order to maintain and grow the finance customer database.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the commercial market place, and have the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You must be a driven and motivated yet disciplined individual who is able to communicate well and create a rapport with the customer.

Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview.

The successful candidates must have a proven Sales track record, ideally with previous experience in a Business Manager Role, but not essential if you can demonstrate some Senior Sales experience, stand-in Business Manager qualities or the potential to become a Business Manager.

You must have a settled career history in the Motor Industry.

You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to galvanise a team to achieve targets.

You will also possess a clean driving license and be FCA approved.

You will be working with a team of Sales Executives, reporting to the Sales Manager.

As you will be working for a highly successful regional group, the opportunity offers a £25,000 basic and an OTE of around £45,000 plus company vehicle.
