My client is beautifully located hotel on one of the islands in the Channel Islands and pride themselves on providing a customer focused service to their hotel guests and are looking for a Restaurant Manager for the 2019 season.

This person must have the discipline to run a restaurant without any distractions or complications.

The hotel has secured a new head chef who has already made huge strides with the business and thus requires a Restaurant Manager who can work in a cooperative manner with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen staff in order to offer seamless service.

One of the key factors that will determine the success of the role and that of the Restaurant Manager will be in consistency and policy construction.

The new Restaurant Manager will need the experience to sign off or come prepared with an understanding of restaurant policy which he/she is happy to implement and oversee.

The GM will be in full support of any new processes that are implemented and will look to provide constructive feedback based on the targets that you will have set your team and yourself.

Ultimately as the Restaurant Manager, you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the restaurant remains as one of the islands leading fine dining venues

Within this property as Restaurant Manager your key duties will include:
