1ST /2ND LINE ON-SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER - OFFICE 365, VMware - LONDON - £21,000 - £27,000 + Overtime + On-call + Benefits.

I am looking for an enthusiastic Onsite Support Engineer with strong Desktop and MSP / IT services experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

My client, an Award Winning IT Solutions Company are looking for a lively and enthusiastic Onsite Support Engineer with a proactive "can do" attitude to work with excellent customer services skills.

Great skills to have are Microsoft Windows Desktop & Office applications, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP / DNS, Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls), Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies, Superior Customer Service Skills, Administration of VMWare / Hyper-V, Administration of VoIP and PBX systems, Experience of various Anti-Virus technologies - deploying and troubleshooting, Good understanding and troubleshooting of 3rd party LOB Applications, Good knowledge of MSP RMM toolsets, such as Solarwinds, Excellent knowledge of Ticketing systems, such as AutoTask.

This role is part of an Onsite Service Desk where you will require a positive can-do attitude and ready to work Onsite for a busy and growing MSP.
