My Client specialises in water treatment & water hygiene.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales Support.
You will be based at their offices near Bracknell, however from time to time off‐site training may take place.
My Client is not looking for an administrator this is a semi-technical role that will require evaluation of tender specifications and then compiling detailed proposals for clients (training provided of course).
To assist and support the Line manager in their duties in relation to the support of the sales staff and ensure they are fully supported and prepared in order to undertake all tasks and represent the company professionally at all times.
To facilitate the company's sales requirements, ensuring administrative tasks are fulfilled as required, with particular emphasis on delivering exceptional quality proposals and reports to clients to ensure all objectives, timescales, legislative obligations and budgets are achieved as per the sales team performance measures.
To work under the direction of the Head of Sales Support with all day to day duties and provide cover during periods of absence.
Managing and producing the companies tender quotations from incoming enquiries and proposals composed to exemplary and technically accurate standard and ensuring deadlines given are met.
Support and assist the Sales team in day to day activities and administrative tasks to ensure the department meets their objectives.
Handle the company's incoming email/ telephone sales enquiries in conjunction with the Technical Director and the Head of Sales Support in order to assign leads, communicate related information and assist where applicable.
Experience within the water hygiene/water treatment sector
Qualification A level or above (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year's sales support/ office experience (preferable)
1 Year of Customer Service experience would be advantageous
Experience in using a CRM system is advantageous
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Knowledge of company services and products would be advantageous, however full training will given
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to learn other software.
Salary: £Negotiable depending on experience
Holiday entitlement: 22 days per year plus bank holidays

Working hours will be a minimum of 40hrs, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, but as necessitated by the needs of the business
