Chef de Partie

This traditional, warm and friendly Gastro pub based in suffolk is looking for a hardworking and reliable Chef de Partie to join their team.
It consists of two charming and friendly bar and dining areas, offering a contrast between the cosy corners and log burner within the Bar or the Bright, light and large dining area.

With its characterful decor it is popular with locals and visitors.
Serving only the freshest food, this property takes great pride in sourcing and serving the best catch each day.

As well as seafood the property also serves delicious home made dishes from the stoves and ovens.
As Chef de Partie you will be:

? Working to maintain the already high standards set within the property
? Working to a high standard at all times
? Providing support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef

Qualifications and Experience Required for this Chef de Partie position:

? NVQ Level 1 and/or 2
