Solutions Architect, Agile/HR/ERP/CRM - Manchester

£60 to £65k + bonus + benefits

My client, a legal Insurance services company is looking to recruit a confident Solutions Architect into the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong agile working experience and would ideally be knowledgeable in HR/ERP/CRM packages as well as web/dev, document management and Office 365.


The company are the leading providers of legal and handling services to the UK general insurance sector.

Currently they provide specialist services to 12 of the UK's 20 largest motor insurers in areas such as counter fraud, costs, credit hire, defendant services, large & complex injury and recoveries.


The firm is at the start of a transformation agenda that will see change across the entire firm.

They are seeking a hands on Solution Architect to support a number of these major IT system transformation programmes

The Solution Architect will essentially become the Subject Matter Expert for numerous services and will be focused on:

Main Responsibilities

Bridging the gap between the technical and business analysis teams
Support the development of business case and solution options
Build conceptual / logical / technical models of solutions that contribute to the development of systems architectures
Requirements analysis, delivery and client/stakeholder management.
Produce specifications and translate these into detailed designs for implementation
Ensure delivery of programmes of work end to end, aligned to the agreed business case and system architectures

The Solution Architect will lead technical reviews to ensure that the requirements are met, identify risks and issues, own effort estimates, support the preparation of technical plan and assist the team understanding of the overall vision through its design, implementation and verification.



The solution architect needs to draw on their experience across a number of areas to be successful in this role.
